This policy explains what personal information Imran Partners ("we", "us") collects through imranpartners.com, why we collect it and what choices you have. We keep it short and plain on purpose.

Who we are

Imran Partners is a leather sourcing and export partner based in Pakistan. We are responsible for the personal information described here. Contact us at info@imranpartners.com or on +92 346 3586741.

What we collect

  • Information you send us. When you request a quote, send an inquiry or contact us, we receive what you type: your name, email, company, country, phone or WhatsApp number, the product you are interested in, quantity, customisation and your message.
  • Messages. If you email us or chat on WhatsApp, we keep that conversation so we can follow up.
  • Basic technical data. Like every website, our hosting provider records technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.

Our free tools (such as the landed cost and belt size calculators) run in your browser. The numbers you type into them are not sent to us, unless you choose to send them with a quote request.

Why we use it

  • To answer your inquiry and prepare quotations, samples and orders.
  • To send you an automatic confirmation that we received your inquiry.
  • To keep records of our business communication and orders.
  • To protect the website against spam and misuse.
  • To measure how the website is used and improve it (see Cookies and analytics).

Where data protection laws such as the EU or UK GDPR apply, we rely on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, on our legitimate interest in running and protecting our business, and on legal obligations for business records.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing newsletters unless you ask for them.

Who we share it with

  • Service providers that run our website, email and analytics: Google (Firebase hosting and database, Google Workspace email, Google Analytics). They process data on our behalf.
  • Manufacturers. To prepare a quotation we share your product requirements (design, quantity, materials) with the manufacturers we work with. We do not share your contact details with them unless an order needs it, for example for delivery.
  • Logistics partners such as freight forwarders and couriers, only when we ship an order or sample to you.
  • Authorities, if the law requires it.

If you click a WhatsApp link, your conversation is handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own privacy policy.

International transfers

We are based in Pakistan and our service providers may store data in other countries, including the United States and the European Union. Where required, these transfers are protected by our providers' standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry details for up to 3 years after our last contact, so we can follow up on quotations and repeat orders. If you become a customer, we keep order and invoice records for as long as tax and business laws require. You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website, for example which pages and tools are popular and where visitors come from. It uses cookies and collects data such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser. Google processes this data for us; IP addresses are not stored. We do not use advertising or remarketing cookies.

Visitors in the EU, UK and Switzerland are asked first, and analytics cookies are only set if you click Accept. Elsewhere analytics is on by default and you can click Decline. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. Your choice is saved in your browser.

Our pages also load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Email info@imranpartners.com and we will reply within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

Inquiries are stored in a database that only our team can access, and the site is served over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send passwords or payment card details through our forms.

Children

Our website is for businesses and is not aimed at anyone under 18.

Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date at the top.
