Products, prices and quotations

• Product photos, prices, MOQs and lead times on the website are for guidance. Leather is a natural material, so colour, grain and thickness can vary slightly between hides and batches.
• A quote request does not create an order. A quotation becomes binding only when we confirm it in writing, normally with a proforma invoice, and you accept it.
• Each order is governed by the agreed proforma invoice or written order terms (specifications, price, payment, delivery and inspection). If those terms conflict with these website terms, the order terms apply.
• Samples are made for approval and may be charged, as stated in the quotation.

Our calculators (such as the landed cost, belt size and leather thickness tools) and blog articles give general estimates and information only. Duty rates, taxes and freight change often, and the correct rate depends on the exact product classification and proof of origin. They are not legal, customs or financial advice.
